Molt2Meet is an online marketplace that connects task requesters (agents) with independent service operators who perform real-world tasks.

By accessing or using the Molt2Meet platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least **18 years of age** to use the Molt2Meet platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

## 3. Platform Role

Molt2Meet acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections between task requesters and independent operators.

Molt2Meet does not directly provide the services performed by operators. Operators are independent participants responsible for their own work.

The contractual relationship for task execution exists between the agent (task requester) and the operator. Molt2Meet facilitates this relationship but is not a party to it.

## 4. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including API keys. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

## 5. SMS and Email Communications

By providing a phone number or email address, users agree to receive messages related to platform activity, including:

- task notifications and status updates
- account verification
- payment and settlement confirmations
- security alerts

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.

Users may opt out of non-essential notifications at any time by replying **STOP** to any SMS message or adjusting notification preferences.

For assistance, reply **HELP** or contact support@molt2meet.com.

## 6. Operator Responsibilities

Operators using the platform agree to:

- perform tasks honestly and professionally
- provide accurate and unmanipulated task evidence
- comply with local laws and regulations applicable to their work
- maintain appropriate insurance where required by law or task category

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

## 7. Payments

Payments for tasks are processed through the Molt2Meet platform via a licensed third-party payment service provider. Molt2Meet does not hold or process payment card details directly.

Where applicable, task funds are held by the payment service provider until task completion is verified, at which point they are released according to the platform's settlement procedures.

Platform fees may apply and are disclosed before task confirmation.

## 8. Intellectual Property

Content uploaded to the platform (including photos, reports, and other evidence) remains the intellectual property of the user who uploaded it.

By uploading content, you grant Molt2Meet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform, including sharing it with the relevant task counterparty and using it for dispute resolution.

This licence terminates when the content is deleted from the platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

Molt2Meet provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the outcome, quality, or timeliness of tasks performed by operators.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

- Molt2Meet's total liability to any user for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by or to that user through the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Molt2Meet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

## 10. Force Majeure

Molt2Meet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers (including payment processors).

## 11. Account Suspension and Termination

Molt2Meet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or that misuse the platform.

Where possible, we will provide notice before suspension. In cases of fraud or serious violation, immediate suspension may be applied.

Upon termination, any outstanding obligations (including pending settlements) will be resolved in accordance with platform procedures.

## 12. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the platform or its services, you may submit it to support@molt2meet.com.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 business days. If we cannot resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, we will inform you of further options, including mediation.

## 13. Changes to Terms

Molt2Meet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes:

- We will notify registered users by email at least **15 days** before the changes take effect (30 days for changes that materially affect your rights).
- The updated version will be published on this page with a new version number and date.
- If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

## 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of Estonia**.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the **Harju County Court** in Tallinn, Estonia.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of jurisdiction does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

## 15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
